Advocate: Cassidy Proposes New Panel

In response to President Obama's appointment of a partisan oil spill commission that is ideologically opposed to domestic energy production, Cassidy introduced legislation to create a bipartisan, independent commission of experts to investigate the Deepwater Horizon spill.
