Contributions are limited to $2300 for the Primary Election and $2300 for the General Election per person. Contributions to Cassidy for Congress are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, national banks, federal contractors and foreign nationals who are not not admitted for permanent residence in the United States are prohibited. The decision by a minor to contribute must be knowing and voluntary; the contributed funds, goods, services must be owned and controlled exclusively by the minor and not controlled by any other individual; contributions may not be made from gifts made to the minor to provide funds for contributions. All contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed or paid by any other person. Contributions are not deductible for tax purposes.
