Cassidy Campaign Doubles Down on Election Education - Geaux Vote!

Baton Rouge, LA — Louisiana needs to Geaux Vote! Given the massive confusion surrounding Louisiana’s elections, conservative Bill Cassidy’s campaign today announced a statewide voter education blitz intended to make sure everyone knows when to vote, how to vote, where to vote, and who to vote for.

Cassidy’s Election Education blitz will include:

• Thousands in paid media efforts that will run statewide. 

• Billboards and mobile billboards around high traffic events.

• Pushing an ongoing series of selfie videos from supporters advocating for a vote for Cassidy.

• Hosting a series of GOTV tele-townhalls with voters across the state. 

• Traveling across the state with a full schedule of in-person GOTV events over the next week - schedule to follow.

• Strong campaign voter education presence at high-profile, well-attended events throughout the state leading up to Election Day.

Given the recent confusion about the election, media outlets have a responsibility to inform the public about the U.S. Senate primary election, which will still be held on May 16. Early voting still runs from May 2 to May 9.
