• LETLOW DEI EXPLANATION BLOWN UP: Fleming criticized Letlow for her support for DEI, and Letlow gave her standard explanation that she changed her mind and has fought against DEI in Congress. THEN Fleming pointed to Letlow’s vote to support DEI in 2023, which makes it clear Letlow has not been truthful in her explanation about supporting DEI.

• SWAMP TIME: Fleming and Letlow argued about their ties to lobbying firms – in Fleming’s case, he’s working for a lobbying firm while he’s state treasurer, and in Letlow’s case, Fleming criticized her fiance for lobbying on CCS.
