ICYMI: Senator Cassidy Joins President Trump at White House to Celebrate Louisiana's National Championship Teams

Washington, DC — Senator Bill Cassidy joined President Donald Trump at the White House to celebrate Louisiana’s two national championship baseball teams — the Louisiana State University Tigers and the Louisiana State University–Shreveport Pilots.

Senator Cassidy sat front row as President Trump recognized both teams for their championship seasons and their role in representing Louisiana’s winning spirit. During the ceremony, President Trump gave Senator Cassidy a special shoutout for his leadership and support of Louisiana athletics.

TODAY, Senator Cassidy will return to the White House for lunch with President Trump and Senate Republicans.
