Baton Rouge, LA — As Liberal Julia Letlow arrived on the campus of the University of Louisiana Monroe today, she was greeted by a mobile billboard playing her own past remarks – including video and audio of Letlow describing herself as a “strong and progressive leader.”
The mobile billboard circled ULM’s campus during Liberal Letlow’s campus visit, ensuring students, faculty, and attendees saw and heard her own words in real time.
